Axle Darius Shaffer Obituary (2021

Axle Darius Shaffer, the four month old son of Phillip Shaffer and Kristy Roby of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 27th, 2021 at WVU Medicine - JW Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Morgantown on August 20th, 2021. In addition to his parents, Axle is survived by his two siblings Maddox Shaffer and Blaise Roby; his paternal grandmother Wilda Shaffer; his maternal grandparents Donna and Ronnie Drain, and Buck Sapp; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Axle was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather George Shaffer. Following a private viewing and service, Axle will be cremated at the request of his family.
