Carla Faye Parker Obituary (1959 - 2023)

Carla Faye Parker, 64, of Morgantown, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at her home. Carla was born on September 12, 1959 in Fairmont, WV to the late Ancel Eugene and Rosemary Cook Parker. Carla is survived by her daughter Maria (Stoehr) Montague and husband Jeff of Morgantown; her granddaughter, Faith Ann Montague; her siblings Roger Parker of Fairview, WV, Chris Parker of Fairmont, Lucille Parker of Fairmont, and Ronnie Parker and wife Carla of Mannington; and nephews Andrew Parker of Mannington, and Kevin Hayes, Adam Hays, and Evan Haskell all of Fairmont. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Parker; a sister, Donna Haskell; two nieces Andrea Regillo and Alicia Cross; and a nephew, Bradley Parker. Carla enjoyed shopping with her granddaughter Faith, who was her whole world. She spent countless nights with Faith having sleepovers. She also spent a lot of time with her sister Lucille eating out, shopping and watching Law and Order. She enjoyed mystery movies and television shows. At the request of the family, Carla will be cremated. A celebration of Carla's life will be held at a later date, and she will be inurned with her family at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Farmington.
