Curt Swiger Obituary (1957

Curtis Ray Swiger, 63, of Parkersburg died August 29th, 2021 at his daughter Bobbi's house in Maidsville, surrounded and loved by his girls. Curtis was born November 18, 1957 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Alfred and Dorothy Swiger. He served in the Army from 1974-1977. Surviving Curtis are his three daughters whom he loved dearly, even apart, Bobbi Schrout, Angel Swiger, and Misty Walcutt; grandchildren Adam and Brier Shrout, Dayanah and Amani Allen, Brittany Davis, Devin Jarrell, and Jason Barker; several great grandchildren; and his sister Debbie Richards. Along with his parents, he was proceeded in death by his grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to thank the hospice staff for all their love, care, and kindness they showed to Curtis. Also a very special thank you to Melissa, best friend of Bobbi. There will be no services, and Curtis will be cremated per his request. A celebration of his life will occur at a later date.
