Franklin William Pierce Obituary (1957 - 2025)

Franklin William Pierce, age 68, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Genesis Healthcare - Madison Center in Morgantown. Born February 11, 1957, in Morgantown, WV, Frank was a son of the late William Hickman Pierce, Jr. and the late June Elizabeth Stutler Pierce. Survivors include his sisters, Linda Weber and husband John and Susan Wolfe and late husband Paul all of Morgantown; nieces and nephews including Tony and wife Mandy Weber, Melinda and husband Brandon Sickles, Brandon Wolfe, Shawna and husband Bill Hedrick; great-nieces and nephews including Layla and Gram Hedrick, Hannah and Paden Weber, Chloe, Bryce and Carlie Sickles; as well as several cousins and other extended family members. Frank enjoyed fishing and spending time on the river. He was most happy when he was able to be at his camp. He was a fan of WVU Mountaineer sports, and the Las Vegas (formerly LA) Raiders. At his request, no public services will be held, and Frank will be cremated.
