Ines Sanchez de Garcia, age 63, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at home with her family at her side.She was born May 27, 1952 in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, a daughter of the late Hector and the late Ursula Sthepa de Sanchez. Survivors include her two children, Bernardo Garcia and his wife Andrea Belalcazar, and Ines Garcia and her husband Scott Stephens; five grandchildren, Bernardo, Sofia, Camila, Mateo and Juanita Garcia; two sisters and one brother.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernardo Garcia.
